http://www.abm.me.uk  The Association of Breastfeeding Mothers Are are a charity run by mothers for mothers, committed to giving friendly support and supplying accurate information to all women wishing to breastfeed.  Helpline number: 0870 401 7711 open from 9.30am to 10.30pm every day.

http://www.breastfeedingnetwork.org.uk The Breastfeeding Network (BfN) aims to be an independent source of support and information for breastfeeding women and others.  Supporterline: 0870 900 8787 The service operates from 9.30am to 9.30pm every day of the year.

http://www.laleche.org.uk La Leche League - For friendly mother-to-mother breastfeeding support from pregnancy through to weaning.  Telephone Helpline: 0845 120 2918 open 24 hours, but please only call late night and early morning in emergencies.

http://www.nct.org.uk/  The National Childbirth Trust (NCT) provide information, counselling and telephone support.  Breastfeeding Line 0870 444 8708 open 8am to 10pm every day, and there is an answering machine for calls at night.
