If you chose to convert an underwired bra, please ensure that it fits well as underwire pressing on breast tissue could lead to blocked milk ducts.

Step 1 - Cut through the strap of your chosen bra, near the cup.  Make sure you leave about half a cm so you can fold it over the clip.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2 - Fold the strap over the hook (in the space above the hook) and sew in place.

Step 3 - Take the other part of the clip and fold the strap over it at the cup and sew in place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 4 - Now take the elastic and sew over the other end of the main part of the clip. (The elastic is to stop you losing the strap over your shoulder when you unclip the bra!)
 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5 - Sew the other end of the elastic into the inside of the cup, cutting any excess, there is no need to stretch the elastic.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 6 - Repeat the whole process for the other strap.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 7 - Admire your new nursing bra!
